In case of attack keep in mind these helpful moves
I have learned from former military intelligence instructor, Tim Larkin, that when being attacked the only way to be successful is not just to protect yourself and block it, but to fight back and actually injure the attacker. In an article called "How this man taught me to kill in four moves", Larkin says, "What you've got to do is inflict enough pain for your opponent to literally seize up". Listed below are the techniques to use to make your attacker "literally seize up".
Kick to the groin
This is almost a given, many know that a kick to the groin is an effective move if being attacked by a male. But many don't know that it can also be effective if being attacked by a female. In the article "Self-defense for women: five Krav Maga moves everyone should know" off of the website independent.co.uk, Helen Harper says that the groin is one of the most vulnerable points and a kick or knee to the groin is one of the most important moves for fighting off an attacker.
Go for the neck
In an article on "Black Belt, World's Leading Martial Arts Resource" page, Raymond Horwitz advises going for the neck. He says that the neck is vulnerable yet it is very important for respiration and support of the skull. Going for the neck is a great choice to break away from an attacker. In the same article Scott Bolan says, "The best weapon for throat strikes are the edge of your hand, the elbow, the forearm, and if the head is angled back, the fist." Below is a video for a move called the "egg breaker", it is a move involving the person to strike the attacker in the neck with their elbow.

Go for the eyes
Either a quick poke to the eyes or a long gouge to the eyes can be very effective. If access to the eyes don't hold back pressure and apply brutal force. Self Defense Products makes a good point by saying, "If they can't see you, they won't be able to catch you as you escape and seek help." So don't be afraid and don't hold back your strength.
Go for the knees
As said in Self Defense Products, aiming for the knees is a good choice because they are hard to protect, which gives you a good chance of easy access. A hard kick straight to the knee at any angle can be very effective because it can injure the attacker, slowing them down, giving you a better chance to get away and find help.
